Extended Side Angle Pose

The session begins with breathing and centering and warm ups. Then patty instructs sufi rolls to open up the spine and side ribs for Extended Side Angle pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana). The student then comes to the floor for happy baby (Ananda Balasana),an inversion on blankets, and a reclining twist (Jathara Parivritti). Squeezes and Savasana close the practice.
