This class is all on the floor to promote safety and stability in the body. Sufi rolls follow warm ups, and then patty puts the student in an inversion on blankets. Bridge (Setu Bhanda) pose comes next to stabilize and strengthen the pelvis and back. A reclining twist (Jathara Parivritti) and Savasana close the practice.
