To loosen the spine from all the standing she teaches a hip swing and circle to open the energy of the lower body. Reengaging that area for the exalted mountain (Urdhva Hastasana) and moving into a standing back bend to feel the energy of the upper spine. After the 3 squeezes to massage the inner body the student then moves into a guided relaxation (Savasana).
