In this episode patty gives a mini breathing workshop. She begins with movement to open the muscles of respiration, stretches designed to make it easier to take a full deep breath. patty instructs the breath with detailed explanations of the benefits of this wonderful practice. She instructs two popular ways of breathing, and then leads a savasana and a mantra practice to end the session.
