Then keeping with the breath, she moves the student to exalted mountain (Urhva Hastasana) from this pose the student moves into varying degrees of side bends to open and strengthen the side waist. The session finishes with a reclining twist (Supta Parivritti) and an extended relaxation (Savasana).
