This session begins with a refresher on the structural breath and spinal warm ups. Then patty instructs the basics of Warrior 2 pose (Virabhadrasana II). The student comes to the floor for happy baby (Ananda Balasana) and an inversion on blankets. A reclining twist (Jathara Parivritti) follows, finishing with the squeeze and Savasana.
