Yoga Basics with patty: Standing Forward Bend

This session begins with patty leading the breath to move the spine. After setting an intention, she leads the student in sufi rolls with flowing arms and a twist. Then she instructs the basics of Cat/Cow to help bring awareness to the spine. Then once coming to standing patty takes the student through a wide legged standing forward bend.
