In this session patty give instruction on a seated twist (Sukasana Parivrtti) moving from that to a One Leg Twist (Janu Sirsasana Parivrtti). She then assists the student into Fish Pose (Matsyasana) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) to bring awareness into the upper chest. She moves the student into a Reclined Bent Knee Twist (Jatara Parivrtti). patty ends with squeezes and Corpse Pose.
