A more challenging balance pose Warrior 3 is explored.

This session builds on previous classes by moving into a more challenging balance pose. patty leads the warm ups of seated spinal flexion/extension and Cat/Cow before instructing Warrior 3 (Virbhadrasana III). She cools the spine down with a reclining twist (Jatara Parivrtti) and Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana). Then takes the student into body squeezes.
